1. Understand elements and characteristics of green materials for the kitchen (renewable/non-renewable sources, recycled content, indoor air quality).
2. Understand LEED credit and prerequisites applicable to the kitchen design categories (LEED 2.2, NC – New Construction and Major Renovations).
3. Describe how small space design is smart.
4. Understand energy consumption levels.
