Online Paid Course Procedure:
To purchase a Premium course, first add the course to your cart. Before checking out and paying for the course, please make sure your account information is current and edit the information if necessary by using the Edit Account link under MY ACCOUNT. Review your cart items and the total before continuing the payment process. Once you complete the payment process a receipt is emailed to you. Your online transcript will show the date of purchase by course.
Once you have purchased one or more courses you can return to the Premium course list or specific course Overview page and the ADD TO CART button now shows PURCHASED. A purchased course is viewable for 365 days from the date of purchase. You may view it online or download the course in a PDF format. You may take the Quiz anytime before 365 days has expired. When you successfully pass the Quiz with a score of 80% or higher a certificate of completion is available to print and the course completion is added to your transcript. Once you successfully complete a Quiz and a course completion certificate is issued, you will not be able to access the Quiz anymore.
Note:
All courses may only be taken once every 3 years for credit. You are able to review your transcript by clicking on the View Transcript link located under your login, in the top left corner of any Design Professionals page while you are logged in. From your Transcript, you are able to view and print your Certificate of Completion and calculate the number of CE hours you have earned for the year.

Grievance Policy:
Purpose:
The purpose of this Grievance Policy is to ensure that participants understand how to report grievances to GreenCE, Inc. upon inappropriate actions by any employee or instructor of GreenCE, Inc. A participant may pursue a grievance if he or she believes that an employee of GreenCE, Inc. has violated his or her rights. This Grievance Policy applies to:
• Issues related to customer service, registration, and/or record keeping.
• Final certificates of completion.
• Alleged discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, or disability.
• Problems arising in the relationship between a participant and a GreenCE, Inc. employee not recognized in this policy.
Process for Grievances:
It is strongly suggested that the participant discuss his or her grievance with the person involved in the situation that has caused the grievance. This discussion should be held as soon as the participant first becomes aware of the behavior that requires resolution. The participant may wish to present his or her grievance in writing to the person alleged to have caused the grievance. In either case, the person alleged to have caused the grievance must respond to the participant promptly, either verbally or in writing.
If a participant decides not to resolve the grievance with the person or the participant does not feel as if the situation was resolved appropriately, he or she may present the grievance in writing to any senior administrator at GreenCE, Inc. Written grievances and/or notifications must be presented to an administrator at least thirty (30) business days after the participant was involved in the situation that created the grievance. The administrator will conduct an informal investigation to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Based upon this investigation, the administrator will recommend actions to be taken by all parties involved. The written determination shall include the process involved during the investigation, reasons for any decisions made by the administrator, and the actions to be taken by each party to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. All decisions are final.
For further information regarding this policy or to file a formal grievance, please contact Landon Boone at 800-248-6364
