Peter A. Stratton

Peter A. Stratton directs compliance and consulting services provided to private and public clients nationwide. Services provided are designed to assess compliance with federal, state, local laws and building code requirements for accessible design and construction. Mr. Stratton provides litigation consulting focused on design and construction violations of Federal and state accessibility laws. He provides litigation consulting expertise to the U.S. Department of Justice, the New York State Office of the Attorney General, and private law firms. Mr. Stratton is an adjunct instructor at New York University, Pratt Institute, and New York Institute of Technology and routinely conducts accessibility training for public agencies. He is the author of A Basic Guide to Fair Housing Accessibility – Everything Architects and Builders Need to Know about the Fair Housing Act Accessibility Guidelines, published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
