LEED for Suppliers

In this 1-hour course we will explore the role of subcontractors and suppliers within the LEED process. We will review documentation submitted for LEED v4 projects such as Health Product Declarations (HPDs). Our team will discuss project team responsibilities and conclude with proven strategies to help you with your LEED v4 projects.

Learning Objectives: 
  1. Review examples for areas of concern while bidding LEED v4 BD+C projects, including cost and production impacts
  2. Discuss Master Format divisions that may contribute to LEED v4 BD+C projects
  3. Provide an overview of the LEED v4 BD+C MR requirements for projects, and how they relate to building occupant health and safety, and environmental impacts
  4. Examine the LEED v4 BD+C MR Credit: Building Product Disclosure and Optimization credit: Material Ingredients, and how suppliers can help contribute to creating a healthier building project via Health Product Declarations (HPDs)
